Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit. Day 2

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and head towards Tarangire National Park. Known for its massive herds of elephants and impressive baobab trees, Tarangire is a true gem in Tanzania’s safari circuit. Spend the afternoon exploring the park’s diverse landscapes, including its swamps, rivers, and savannah. You’ll likely encounter large herds of elephants, wildebeests, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species. The park is also home to lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, travel to Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s most biodiverse wildlife areas. The crater is home to a stunning variety of animals, including rhinos, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, and lions. You’ll enjoy a full-day game drive on the crater floor, where you may also encounter the elusive black rhino.

In the afternoon, head towards the Ndutu area of the Serengeti, located at the southern edge of the park. This area is famous for its stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife, especially during the Great Migration.
