From there, you’ll continue your journey through the conservation area and enter the southern Serengeti. Known for its sweeping grasslands and abundant wildlife, the Serengeti offers unforgettable game viewing. While animals like lions, elephants, and giraffes are present year-round, the park is especially famous for the Great Migration—a dramatic movement of wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes in search of fresh grazing. The migration shifts throughout the year, so spotting it depends on timing and location. Your accommodation for the next three nights will be strategically placed based on the movement of the herds. While we typically use camps in the Central Serengeti, your stay may be adjusted to maximize your chances of witnessing the migration up close.

Hidden within towering volcanic walls, the Ngorongoro Crater reveals a stunning landscape of open savannah, scattered acacia forests, sparkling lakes, and marshlands. Formed two to three million years ago by a massive volcanic collapse, the crater is now a haven for diverse wildlife.
Descending into the crater is an adventure on its own. Once on the crater floor, you’ll be surrounded by an incredible concentration of animals—wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, and over 500 bird species. Your game drive weaves through lush evergreen forest where baboons chatter and elephants move quietly among trees. With luck, you might glimpse the famed tree‑climbing lions, a truly unique sight.
