Murchison Falls National Park

Murchison Falls National Park is the largest of Uganda’s 11 national parks. It also features Murchison Falls, the most powerful waterfall in the world. Every morning, a game drive will introduce you to the wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, and others. On a lucky day, you may spot lions, leopards, and hyenas. Return to the lodge for a full breakfast and relax until lunch.

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Victoria Nile. This cruise is fascinating, offering views of the park’s atmosphere, landscape, hippos, bird species, and other wildlife as you make your way to the bottom of the falls. You’ll then disembark and drive to the top of the falls. Here, you can appreciate nature and be moved by its creation. The entire Nile River, more than 50 meters wide, is forced into a gorge only seven meters wide before falling over 45 meters below. Take a short hike along the falls, which will mark the end of day three.
