Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

This safari has been curated to offer us the best of East Africa’s wildlife, while also ensuring our comfort, safety, and a relaxed pace that allows us to fully enjoy each national park experience.

Our adventure begins in Arusha, where we set off on a scenic 2 to 2.5-hour drive to Tarangire. The journey itself is part of the experience, taking you through lively towns where you can catch glimpses of local culture and daily life.

Once inside the park, prepare for a full-day game drive in this lush haven. We will be looking for tree-climbing lions, and the huge herds of elephants, the first sightings of our Big 5.

We will enjoy our packed lunch boxes under a tree whilst enjoying the views.

As the day winds down, we will drive to our lodge, arriving in time for a hearty dinner and a peaceful night’s rest.

Day 2

Serengeti National Park

After a hearty breakfast, we will set out for a full day of safari adventures in the Serenget through the Ngorongoro highlands.

Between Ngorongoro and Serengeti we have a few activities: Optional Add-Ons (Pre-book & Pre-pay):
- Maasai Village Visit – Discover traditional culture and dance.
- Olduvai Gorge Museum – Visit the "Cradle of Mankind."

Our expert guide will lead us to prime wildlife-viewing spots, increasing our chances of encountering some of the Big Five and other fascinating wildlife.

The eastern region surround us with endless plains, home to cheetahs and some of the biggest lion prides and gives perfect photography opportunities. The Serengeti Kopjes (rocky outcrops) are home to the Leopards. We tick more boxes on the big 5 list!

We shall enjoy a picnic lunch within the Serengeti, taking in the breathtaking scenery while keeping an eye out for wildlife.

In the evening we will head towards our lodge for a sundowner and a delicious meal under the Serengeti stars.

Day 3

Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Serengeti to Ngorongoro

We will begin our day with a morning game drive in the Serengeti, making the most of your final hours in this extraordinary landscape. Enjoying sightings of wildlife as the plains come alive in the early light.

Midday, we shall stop for a picnic lunch at Naabi Hill gate to cross to the Ngorongoro Conservation area, a scenic viewpoint that offers breathtaking panoramas of the Serengeti’s endless plains.

After lunch, we will continue our journey towards the lush Ngorongoro Highlands, where cooler air and green rolling hills welcome us.

Optional Add-Ons (Pre-book & Pre-pay):
- Balloon Safari - Soar in the sky early in the morning to witness the famous and once in a lifetime sunrise over the African savannah. Including a celebratory champagne drink and bush breakfast after landing.
- Maasai Village Visit – Discover traditional culture and dance.

Arrive at our lodge in the late afternoon and settle in for a peaceful evening.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

We will start our day early with a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best places in Africa to spot the massive bull elephants, and some of the largest lions in the region. This natural wildlife haven offers the most important tick to the big 5, the black rhino. Here we can also spot some of the biggest herds of Buffalos.

We will enjoy a picnic lunch at the famous hippo pool, where we can dine surrounded by incredible scenery and watch the hippos wallow nearby.

After lunch, we will ascend the crater walls and begin our journey towards Arusha town / Airport towards the end of your safari.
