Day 1

You'll be picked up from J.K.I.A and transfer to the SGR train terminus for your first-class couch to Voi. The train takes 5 hours to Voi town, where you will be met by guides from the lodge who will transfer you to the lodge. You'll arrive at the gate where your entrance fees will have been paid, a check in at the lodge with a well-prepared meal. The sanctuary straddles the Southern Tsavo West National Park and is an important dispersal area and migrating corridor for wildlife between Tsavo East National Park and Tsavo West National Park and making it a highly valued tourism recreational area and of ecological importance. The topography is generally mountainous that offers breath taking landscape views of the Kilimanjaro, Pare, Uluguru mountains and the clusters of Taita Hills with a seasonal river dividing the sanctuary into valleys and lowland plains.

Day 2

On this day, you will have an early morning and a late afternoon game drive. These game drives provide an ideal opportunity to view and photograph the diverse wildlife species within the sanctuary. The water holes near the lodges provide a wonderful opportunity to view animals at proximity within the comfort and confines of the lodge. During the day, you will enjoy the facilities at the lodge as well as a free tour of the World War 2 heritage museum.

Day 3
Voi Train to Mombasa
Voi Train to Mombasa
You'll check out of the lodge and transfer to Voi SGR train station to board your noon first-class couch to Mombasa, which takes approx. 2 hours. Upon arrival in Mombasa, you will be met by our transfer contact who will drive you for an hour to the south coast of Kenya. You'll check in with evening tea and rest the day off.

Day 4
Explore Diani
Explore Diani
On this day, you will get to enjoy a half-day tour to the Wasini Islands and the Shimoni caves, where there is rich history in the land of the Swahili people. Transfers will be on a sharing basis and include basic lunch. You'll enjoy boat rides to the coral island, rich with sandy beaches, and plenty of coral stones with hidden gems of pools with aquatic life. You'll return to the resort by 4:00 pm for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5
Spend Day at Leisure
Spend Day at Leisure
On this day, you will have the whole day to explore the beach and the surrounding town at free leisure and also do some shopping since it will be your last night at the coast of Kenya. You can also enjoy the spa at the resort at an extra cost, as well as water sports facilitated by the resort.

Fly back to Nairobi
You'll enjoy your last day at the beach. Later on, your transfer person will pick you up from the hotel's reception to the airstrip for your late morning flight.
