Mount Bisoke Crater Lake Hike

After breakfast, transfer to Volcanoes National Park headquarters for briefing. Begin the 6-hour round-trip hike through rainforest and alpine zones to the beautiful crater lake at the summit of Mount Bisoke (3,711 m). Return to your lodge for rest and dinner.
Accommodation: Lodge near Volcanoes National Park.

Choose between a 4–5 hour hike on the lower slopes of Mount Sabyinyo, known for its dramatic views and diverse wildlife, or a moderate trek to the Dian Fossey Tomb, visiting her famous research site and grave. Both provide cultural and natural insights. Afternoon at leisure.

Golden Monkey Trekking & Transfer to Kigali

After breakfast, enjoy a lively 2–3 hour trek to observe the rare golden monkeys in their bamboo forest habitat. Following the trek, visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, where you can learn about ongoing conservation efforts and see educational exhibits. Later, return to your lodge for lunch before transferring to Kigali for your onward journey.
