After breakfast, the journey continues through the Ngorongoro highlands en route to Serengeti National Park. Along the way, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views and possible wildlife sightings before entering the endless plains of the Serengeti. Upon arrival, you’ll go on an afternoon game drive, searching for the Big Five and possibly witnessing the Great Migration, depending on the season. Overnight will be at a budget campsite inside the Serengeti, offering a true wilderness experience under the stars.

Today is dedicated to a full-day safari in the Serengeti, with morning and afternoon game drives. You’ll traverse various habitats, from riverine forests to open savannah, in search of predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, as well as herds of wildebeest, buffalo, and antelope. Your guide will help track wildlife and share insights into animal behavior and the park’s ecosystem. After a thrilling day, you’ll return to your budget campsite for another night surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater – Return to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater – Return to Arusha

After an early breakfast, you'll depart Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, you'll descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater—one of the world’s largest intact volcanic calderas and a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a half-day game drive on the crater floor, where you may spot the Big Five, including the rare black rhino, as well as abundant birdlife around the soda lake. After a picnic lunch inside the crater, you’ll begin the scenic drive back to Arusha, arriving in the early evening, where your safari ends or continues with an overnight stay or onward travel.
