Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide and transferred to your lodge Arusha. After check-in, the rest of the day is free for you to relax and recover from your journey. Take time to unwind in the peaceful surroundings, enjoy the hotel’s amenities, or simply rest in preparation for the days ahead. In the evening, you’ll meet your guide for a detailed safari briefing, where you’ll go over the itinerary, ask any questions, and get important information about the adventure that starts tomorrow. Dinner is served at the lodge or camp, followed by an overnight stay in Arusha.

Day 2

After an early breakfast, depart Arusha and begin the scenic drive toward Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey itself is a visual treat, with glimpses of rural villages, volcanic landscapes, and wildlife along the way. Entering the Serengeti in the afternoon, you'll enjoy your first game drive en route to the central region, home to abundant wildlife and sweeping plains. Today is dedicated to exploring the vast Serengeti ecosystem. Begin with an early morning game drive to catch predators at their most active. The Serengeti is renowned for its incredible concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. Depending on the season, you may witness part of the Great Migration, as millions of wildebeest and zebras traverse the plains in search of water and grazing. After a picnic lunch in the wild, continue game driving into the afternoon before returning to camp for dinner and an evening of storytelling by the fire.

Along the way, stop at a Maasai village or visit Olduvai Gorge (optional) to learn about the region's ancient history. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater in the afternoon for a spectacular wildlife experience. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to over 25,000 animals, including rare black rhinos, hippos, and flamingos. The crater’s unique ecosystem supports a rich variety of species all year round. Tarangire National Park and Return to Arusha

On your final day, depart early for Tarangire National Park, known for its iconic baobab trees and large herds of elephants. This lesser-visited gem offers a peaceful atmosphere and excellent wildlife viewing, especially during the dry season when animals gather at the Tarangire River. Look out for lions lounging in the shade, herds of buffalo, and a wide array of birdlife.
