Arusha National Park Game Drive

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional Luwai guide who will assist you and provide a short safari briefing before starting your journey to Arusha National Park. This beautiful and diverse park offers a relaxing first game drive, where you may see giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, warthogs, and black-and-white colobus monkeys, with stunning views of Mount Meru and the Momella Lakes. After enjoying the scenic wildlife experience, you will drive back to Mtoni River Lodge for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park Game Drive

At 7:00 am, our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha city to begin the beautiful journey to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. You will travel in a private 4x4 safari vehicle. The drive may take up to 2 hours.

Tarangire National Park is well known for its biodiversity, including large elephant herds. It features a diversity of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savannah, with the Tarangire River winding its way through the parklands. You may experience seeing a lion stalking its prey or leopards relaxing in the trees above.

Once the game drive is complete, you will return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Game drive status for all day: Full game drive from morning to evening.

Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive

After breakfast at 7:00 am, you'll enjoy the morning drive to Ngorongoro. Your accommodation is located a few minutes from the Ngorongoro gate.

This park is among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites and features the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world, making it one of the Natural Wonders of Africa. It is home to about 30,000 large mammals year-round, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, as well as many varieties of birds, such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Be prepared to see many animals in a short period.

You will stop in the afternoon at a picnic site for a hot lunch and hot coffee.

After the game drive, you will drive back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport. We are flexible today, depending on your departure time and next destination.
