Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Pk up from hotel in Arusha or at the airport and start Your adventure as you travel toward the vast plains of the Serengeti, one of Africa’s most celebrated national parks. Along the way, you’ll pass through the highlands of Ngorongoro, catching glimpses of Maasai villages and dramatic scenery. Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you’ll embark on an exciting game drive across the open savannah, home to the Big Five, cheetahs, giraffes, hyenas, and vast herds of wildebeest and zebras. The park’s endless landscapes and golden light offer a perfect setting for wildlife photography. In the evening, you’ll settle into a comfortable mid-range tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti, exploring different habitats and tracking more wildlife. This is a great chance to witness predators in action or spot elusive species like leopards and servals. As the day progresses, you’ll exit the park and begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, traveling through rich landscapes dotted with acacia trees and animals along the way. Upon arrival at your mid-range lodge, enjoy the cool highland breeze, a warm dinner, and some relaxation in preparation for the next day’s crater safari.

The final day of your safari takes you into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a natural wonder and wildlife sanctuary unlike any other. You’ll descend into the crater floor for a game drive in this self-contained ecosystem, home to lions, elephants, hippos, buffaloes, and a chance to spot the rare black rhino.

The lush crater floor offers a unique blend of forests, grasslands, and lakes, all rich in animal life. After a rewarding morning of wildlife viewing and a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, you’ll begin your journey back to Arusha for dropp off either at your hotel or to the airport, concluding a memorable safari through Tanzania’s most iconic destinations.
