Day 1

You will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha for a visit to the Maasai Cultural Village & Museum, the first authentic Maasai Boma in Tanzania with overnight facilities. Located 85 km from Arusha in West Kilimanjaro, it offers a unique blend of Maasai culture and wildlife experiences. At the village, you'll explore Maasai life through a guided tour of the Boma and museum, enjoy a short walking safari, learn traditional hunting techniques, discover natural medicines, and join beading activities with Maasai women. A traditional lunch will be served. Your visit supports local Maasai families with access to water, food, healthcare, education, and income. All jewelry sold is handmade by women from nearby villages. All tours and safaris are led by experienced English-speaking Maasai guides, with an option for an overnight stay. Later evening we will drive and drop you off to your hotel in Arusha.
