Today, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day safari in one of the most biodiverse and compact wildlife havens in Africa, home to black rhinos, large buffalo herds, flamingos, and lions; after a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, ascend the crater walls and drive back to Arusha, arriving by late afternoon for dinner and overnight at your hotel or drop-off point.
