Day 1

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll meet your guide who will introduce himself and provide a brief overview of your safari. Then, you’ll board a comfortable 4x4 Land Cruiser specially adapted for safari drives and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park, about a two-hour drive.

Tarangire is famous for its rich biodiversity, including large elephant herds and varied landscapes, from seasonal swamps to open savannahs, with the winding Tarangire River at its heart. Keep an eye out for lions stalking prey or leopards lounging high in the trees.

After an exciting game drive, you’ll return to your lodge to relax, enjoy dinner, and rest overnight.

After a delicious breakfast, you’ll drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its unique blend of natural beauty and cultural significance. Descend into the crater for a chance to see the Big Five — prides of lions, herds of buffalo, elephants, leopards, and rare black rhinos. Flamingos grace the crater’s alkaline lakes, adding vibrant color to this incredible ecosystem. Be prepared to encounter a rich variety of wildlife within moments of entering this remarkable sanctuary. After your game drive, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Rise and shine, as today marks the end of your safari adventure. You’ll depart for Lake Manyara National Park, nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley. This park is famous for its diverse landscapes, from lush forests to open savannahs, and for its iconic tree-climbing lions. Alongside elephants, giraffes, and a variety of bird species near the alkaline Lake Manyara, you’ll enjoy a captivating game drive full of unforgettable wildlife moments.

Later, you’ll return to Arusha, where your incredible safari journey concludes.
