Transfer to Amboseli National Park

You will have early morning breakfast and check out of your accommodation in Nairobi, with the help of your professional guide. You will then embark on a journey to Amboseli National Park as early as 7:00am. The drive takes approximately (4-5 hours) about 230 km Southern Kenya, near the Tanzania border. Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s most iconic safari destinations, especially famous for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro (across the border in Tanzania) and large elephant herds walking through open plains. Upon arrival at the park, you will check into the accommodation, have lunch, relax and enjoy the view of Mt. Kilimanjaro as you prepare to explore the park’s five habitats, including the dried-up Lake Amboseli bed, wetlands with sulfur springs, savannah, and woodlands.

Game drive, observation Hill& Swamps

You will head out for an early morning game drive where you will have chance of viewing wildlife like elephants, lions, buffalo, cheetah among others. The drive is one of the best ways to experience the park’s open plains, get to see large elephant herds, and iconic views of Mount Kilimanjaro. The park's flat terrain and good road network allow for excellent wildlife viewing. After the drive, you will return to the lodge, have breakfast, relax and swim as you await an evening Masai village visit after lunch where you will have a traditional dance and singing welcome, a guided tour of their Manyattas (mud huts), demonstration of how they make fire using sticks, explanation of livestock keeping, marriage customs, and roles in the community as well as viewing or purchasing beaded jewelry and handicrafts made by Maasai women. After the visit, you will head back to the lodge and relax.

Transfer from Amboseli National Park to Lake Naivasha

After early breakfast, you will depart for Lake Naivasha via Nairobi (approx. 6-7 hours total). Transferring from Amboseli to lake Naivasha is a long but scenic journey that connects the southern plains near Mount Kilimanjaro to the Great Rift Valley. You will access Naivasha via Amboseli → Email → Nairobi → Naivasha route covering a distance of 370–400 km. The drive is for 7 to 8 hours. You will arrive and have lunch, relax as you organize for a boat ride on lake Naivasha to see hippos and birds. You will then return to the lodge.

Transfer from Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara

You will have early breakfast and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve (approx. 5-6 hrs.). Upon arrival, you will have lunch, then head out for a sunset game drive. Upon arrival, you will check into Aa lodge Mara, have lunch as you prepare for short community visit to a nearby Maasai village and after get back to the lodge, relax by the pool and enjoy the savannah view.

Transfer from Masai Mara to Nairobi

You will have an early morning game drive after breakfast. With the help of the guide, you will check out of the accommodation, and drive through the park so as to exit and head to Nairobi. A game drive at Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the most rewarding wildlife experiences in Kenya, offering dramatic golden-hour lighting and heightened animal activity. The drive enables you see big Cats: Lions, leopards, and cheetahs often become more active as the day cools, elephants & Buffaloes heading toward water sources, giraffes, antelopes, zebras, and wildebeest grazing as well as hyenas and jackals. The drive takes approx. 5-6 hrs right from Masai Mara to Nairobi. Arrival time in Nairobi will be by 4:00 – 5:00 PM. You will then be driven to the airport so as to catch your flight back home. Airport drop-off will be 3Hours earlier to avoid missing your flights. Lunch stop over will be made enroute to Nairobi.
