Arriving at the Luxurious Gondwana Family Lodge

Check-in is at 14h00. You will enjoy two daily nature drives, guided wilderness walks, all meals, a limited selection of house beers and wines, all on-drive snacks and beverages, internal reserve transfers between the lodges and welcome lounge, a tourism levy and 15% VAT. Your package excludes additional alcoholic and premium beverages, discretionary gratuities and all items of a personal nature, which must be settled directly prior to departure.

Transfers from Cape Town or Cape Town Airport to the lodge and return is not included in the price, but if required, please advise, and we will gladly quote at extra cost. We can also arrange private game drives at additional cost should you not want to join other guests on the open-air 4x4 safari vehicle (Subject to availability).

Note: If you are a couple, please inquire regarding Dwyka Tented Lodge or Tilney Manor within the Sanbona Wildlife Reserve as a more intimate and romantic option.

Children of all ages are welcome at Gondwana Family Lodge.

This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old:
Persons under the age of four (4) years are not permitted on any nature drives.

Children are accommodated at Gondwana Family Lodge only.

0 – 3 Years old are accommodated at no additional cost.
0-3 Years must share with adults, depending on the availability of cots and/or rooms with a sleeper couch.
0-3 Years are not permitted on nature drives.

4 – 11 Years old are accommodated at 50% (half) of the adult sharing rate.
4 - 11 Years may share with adults, depending on the availability of rooms with a sleeper couch.
4 - 11 Years are permitted on nature drives.
