After breakfast, your safari adventure begins with a scenic drive to the Ndutu region, located in the southern part of the Serengeti ecosystem. This area is famous for witnessing the wildebeest calving season from December to March, making it ideal for predator sightings. En route, you’ll pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you can enjoy beautiful highland scenery and optional stops for cultural interaction. Arrive at Ndutu Bush Camp in time for lunch and enjoy your first game drive in the afternoon.

During this season, thousands of wildebeests give birth here, making it one of nature’s most dramatic spectacles. With your expert guide, you will track herds and possibly witness cheetah hunts or lion ambushes. Packed lunch will be served in the bush for a full day experience in the wild.

Drive to Central Serengeti

After breakfast, proceed with en-route game drives as you head north to Central Serengeti, known for its resident predators and diverse wildlife all year round. You will pass through a variety of habitats and landscapes that gradually change from the woodlands of Ndutu to the vast savannah of the Central Serengeti. Arrive at Tukaone Serengeti Camp in the afternoon and enjoy a relaxing evening around the campfire.

You’ll enjoy game drives in the Seronera Valley, where water sources attract abundant wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, hippos, big cats, and more. Your guide will help you spot elusive leopards in the acacia trees and share insights about the Serengeti ecosystem. You can choose to do morning and afternoon drives or a full-day drive with a bush picnic.

Arrive at Embalakai Ngorongoro Camp, set close to the crater rim, in time to relax and enjoy the highland views. You may also opt for a cultural stop at a Maasai village on the way.

Descend into the world’s largest intact caldera to spot rhinos, lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, and more. After a picnic lunch in the crater, ascend and begin the return journey to Arusha or proceed directly to Kilimanjaro Airport for your evening flight.
