After breakfast, drive to Londorossi Gate for registration. Begin the trek through the lush rainforest to reach Mti Mkubwa Camp (Big Tree Camp), home to a variety of wildlife and unique flora.

Day 2

Ascend through the forest and into the moorland zone with stunning views across the Shira Plateau. You may see Mount Meru on clear days. Overnight at the shira 1 camp

Day 3
Shira 1 – Shira 2 Camp

Continue across the Shira Plateau to Shira 2 Camp. You’ll take it slowly to aid acclimatization, with optional short hikes around the camp. Overnight at Shira 2 Camp

Trek the impressive Barranco Wall, then walk through valleys to reach Karanga Camp. This day helps build strength before summit day. You will proceed to the camp for overnight stay

A short hike to Barafu Camp, your base for the summit attempt. After early dinner and rest, prepare for the midnight summit push. Then proceed to the camp

Day 7
Summit Uhuru Peak – Mweka Camp
Summit Uhuru Peak – Mweka Camp
Start the climb around midnight, reaching Uhuru Peak by sunrise – the Roof of Africa! After photos and celebration, descend to Barafu then to Mweka Camp for overnight rest.

Final descent through rainforest to the gate. Receive summit certificates and transfer to Moshi for a well-deserved shower and rest. We will love to assist with hotel overnight at extra costs
