After breakfast, your Highneck Safari guide will collect you from your accommodation to begin the day’s adventure. You’ll head to Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive of about two and a half hours on well-paved roads. Named after the Tarangire River, the lifeline for wildlife during the dry season, this park is renowned for its impressive herds of elephants that often gather near the riverbanks.
As you explore, you may also spot giraffes, bushbucks, hartebeest, and possibly predators like lions and leopards lurking nearby.
