Day 1-2

Glamping Safari in the Serengeti

Glamping Safari in the Serengeti

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, travelling through the scenic highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you leave the lush highlands behind, the landscape gradually opens into the vast wilderness of the Serengeti, where endless golden plains stretch toward the horizon.

Continue toward the Central Serengeti and the renowned Seronera area, one of the park’s richest wildlife regions. The Seronera River provides a reliable water source, attracting a remarkable concentration of wildlife throughout the year.

During your game drive, search for Africa’s iconic Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and, with good fortune, rhinoceros. The Serengeti is also home to cheetahs, wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, eland, gazelles, hippos, crocodiles, hyenas, and numerous bird species.

Enjoy spectacular wildlife viewing and photography as you explore this legendary African wilderness before continuing to your accommodation for the evening.

Following the game drive, begin your scenic journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with wildlife viewing along the way. As you travel across the vast Serengeti plains, enjoy the changing landscapes and opportunities to observe animals in their natural surroundings.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable morning game drive. Arriving early allows you to explore the crater while wildlife is active and before the area becomes busier. Search for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, and, with good fortune, the endangered black rhino.

Later, enjoy a cultural experience with a local community, where you can learn about traditional customs, daily life, cuisine, and heritage. After the visit, continue your journey to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward travel.
