Though one of Tanzania’s smaller parks, it boasts incredible ecological diversity and offers a rich and rewarding safari experience. As you journey along the lakeshore, you'll encounter a dazzling variety of birdlife and, with luck, spot the park’s famous tree-climbing lions. The area is also home to an abundance of large mammals, all framed by the striking cliffs of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.
