In the afternoon, transfer to the Ngorongoro Highland known as the 8th Natural Wonder of the World. With towering walls 2,000 feet high and a vast 102-square-mile floor, the crater is a natural wildlife sanctuary, home to nearly every species native to East Africa, including the rare black rhino.
Ngorongoro boasts the highest concentration of wildlife on the planet, and its majestic bull elephants are known for their impressive tusks, nourished by the rich volcanic soil and grasses.
