Karatu lodge to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we will depart Karatu and drive through the picturesque high-lying farmlands and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying stunning landscapes along the way. Descending from the highlands, you will enter the heart of wild Africa – Serengeti National Park – a land of endless plains stretching as far as the eye can see.

We will head to the central Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. The Seronera River provides a vital water source, attracting a wide variety of animals, offering excellent game viewing. Arriving in time for lunch, we will then enjoy an afternoon game drive, spotting lions, elephants, giraffes, and countless other species in their natural habitat.

Serengeti National Park to the Ngorongoro Crater

Breakfast will be served around 6:00 am, after which you will embark on a morning game drive in the Serengeti, taking a packed lunch with you. Keep your camera ready as you may spot lions, leopards, wildebeests, impalas, elephants, crocodiles, zebras, and many other fascinating species roaming the plains.

In the late afternoon, we will drive toward Ngorongoro, enjoying an en-route game drive for about 3 hours, soaking in the incredible scenery and wildlife along the way. Upon arrival, check in at Simba Campsite, located at the rim of the famous crater, for dinner and your overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha City

After a hearty breakfast at the lodge, you will begin your morning game drive with a packed lunch. Early in the morning, descend to the crater floor for an unforgettable 5–6 hour exploration. Witness the remarkable wildlife of Ngorongoro, including prides of lions, massive elephants, wildebeest and zebra herds, rhinos, and many more species in their natural habitat.
