Chimpanzee Trekking and Evening Game Drive

After breakfast, depart for chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura Gorge. The gorge is also home to other wildlife, including hippo, elephant and several monkey species. After the trek, return for lunch and then enjoy a two-hour boat cruise, followed by an evening game drive.

Embark on a game drive in the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, specifically the Ishasha sector. Along the way, spot wildlife such as elephants, leopards, kobs and buffaloes. Afterward, continue to Bwindi and visit the Batwa community as you prepare for the gorilla trek.

Head to the park headquarters for a briefing and group allocation before beginning your trek. You will be assigned a ranger-guide and escorted by armed rangers into the forest to start the gorilla trekking experience. After the trek, you will receive your certificates and be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation.
