After check-in and a short rest, begin your Tanzanian adventure with a guided walking and coffee tour in Arusha. Explore the vibrant city streets, local markets, cultural landmarks, and experience the famous Tanzanian coffee culture, from bean to cup. This relaxed introduction offers a perfect blend of culture and local life before your safari begins. Return to Mount Meru Hotel in the late afternoon to unwind in the lush gardens or enjoy the swimming pool. Later, savor a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant and relax in comfort, preparing for the exciting safari journey ahead through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro.

Arusha Mount Meru hotel – Tarangire National Park – Karatu
After an early breakfast amidst the tranquil sounds of nature, depart from Arusha for a scenic drive to the iconic Tarangire National Park. As the sun begins to rise over the Savannah, you’ll enter a land famed for its ancient baobab trees and vast herds of elephants. Tarangire is a hidden gem, offering breathtaking views and incredible wildlife sightings — from graceful antelopes and towering giraffes to elusive big cats. The park’s river, a lifeline during dry seasons, draws diverse species, making for an exceptional game-viewing experience. Enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch in the wild before continuing your adventure. Later in the afternoon, drive to the highlands of Karatu, where you’ll check in to a luxurious lodge nestled on the edge of the Ngorongoro forest. After breakfast in Karatu, guests drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a stop at the crater viewpoint. The journey continues toward the Serengeti, offering game viewing along the way. Expect to see zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and possibly elephants or lions. Upon entering the park, enjoy a game drive en route to the lodge in Central Serengeti, a region rich in wildlife and scenic landscapes.

Day 4: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Guests spend the full day exploring Central Serengeti, known for its dense wildlife and predator sightings. With packed lunches, the game drive covers various habitats including river valleys and open plains.
