Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional driver-guide, who will be at your service from the very beginning of your safari adventure. From here, enjoy a comfortable transfer through the lush foothills and coffee plantations as you make your way to Arusha, the vibrant safari capital of Tanzania.
Your overnight stay will be at the Arusha Serena Hotel, a charming retreat set among beautiful gardens and surrounded by the natural beauty of the region. After an early breakfast in Arusha, your guide will pick you up for a scenic drive of about 2.5 to 3 hours (120 km) towards Tarangire National Park. Along the way, you will pass through bustling small towns, wide open plains, giving you the chance to experience authentic glimpses of Tanzanian life outside the city.
Upon arrival at the park, you will embark on your first exciting game drive, exploring Tarangire’s dramatic landscapes dominated by towering baobab trees and the Tarangire River, a vital water source that attracts large concentrations of wildlife. A delicious picnic lunch will be served inside the park, allowing you to relax and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the wilderness.
In the late afternoon, you will continue your journey to the breathtaking Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge, set high on the Great Rift Valley escarpment with panoramic views of Lake Manyara below.

En route, your guide will share fascinating insights into the local Maasai culture, the geology of the crater, and the rich biodiversity of the region. Along the way, there may be opportunities for short photo stops at scenic viewpoints overlooking the vast crater highlands.

Enjoy a full morning game drive, stopping at scenic spots for photographs and to observe the fascinating interactions of animals in their natural habitat.
After a memorable morning in the crater, you will begin the drive back to Arusha town, approximately 4–5 hours, passing through beautiful landscapes, small villages, and the lush highlands of northern Tanzania. Upon arrival, you will check in at your preferred lodge or hotel, where you can relax and reflect on your amazing safari experience.

Later in the morning or early afternoon, you will be transferred to the departure point, Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), ensuring you arrive with plenty of time to check in for your onward departure point. As you leave Tanzania, take a moment to reflect on the unforgettable wildlife encounters, scenic landscapes, and cultural experiences you’ve enjoyed throughout your safari.
