Your adventure begins upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), where you’ll be greeted by your professional safari guide. After a short briefing, drive to the Serengeti National Park, with a chance to admire the stunning scenery en route.
Once in the park, enjoy an afternoon game drive. Serengeti is known as the “Land of Lions” for its strong populations of the king of the jungle, and it’s also one of the best places to spot leopards lounging in acacia trees. Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day exploring the vast Serengeti plains, home to incredible wildlife diversity. The Serengeti is especially famous for its large prides of lions, agile leopards, and the endless movement of prey animals like zebras and wildebeest. This abundance makes predator sightings highly likely.
Look out for elephants, often found in family groups around water sources, and mighty buffalos, considered one of the most dangerous animals in Africa due to their unpredictable nature. Alongside the Big Five, you may also spot cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, and hippos.
Picnic lunch in the wild, then continue game drives until evening. Dinner and overnight in Serengeti.

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive – Departure
Early morning, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descending 600 meters into the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater floor is one of the best places on Earth to see the entire Big Five in a single day.
Black Rhino: Ngorongoro is among the few places where you can still see this critically endangered species.
Lions: Known for their boldness, lions in the crater are often seen hunting in broad daylight.
Leopards: Though shy, they can sometimes be spotted around the crater forest edges.
Elephants: The crater is famous for its bull elephants with impressively large tusks.
Buffalo: Huge herds are commonly found grazing in the open grasslands.
After enjoying this final incredible game drive and a picnic lunch, you will be transferred back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your departure — where your Big Five Safari Adventure comes to a close.
