Day 1

Pick up from your stay in Arusha town and drive to Tarangire National Park, carrying packed lunch boxes for the day. Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive exploring the park’s unique beauty and diverse wildlife. Tarangire is most famous for its impressive population of elephants, often seen moving in large herds, as well as for its giant baobab trees that dominate the landscape. The park’s habitats vary from seasonal swamps and acacia woodlands to open savanna plains, all sustained by the Tarangire River, which attracts animals throughout the year. During the dry season, vast numbers of wildlife gather at the river, making it one of the best places in Tanzania to view game. Expect to see lions stalking prey, leopards lounging in trees, graceful giraffes, and countless zebras and wildebeests. Bird enthusiasts will also enjoy spotting more than 500 species recorded in the park. After your game drive, return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 2

After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive, carrying packed lunch boxes to enjoy inside the park. Known as the world’s largest uninterrupted caldera and one of Africa’s great natural wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater offers breathtaking scenery and one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in the region. Around 30,000 large mammals live here year-round, including elephants, buffaloes, lions, cheetahs, and the rare black rhino, which finds refuge within the crater walls. The grasslands and swamps also support hippos, wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes, while bird enthusiasts can spot flamingos along the soda lake, as well as eagles, vultures, and buzzards soaring above. This unique ecosystem provides an unmatched safari experience where wildlife viewing is almost guaranteed. After your game drive, return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 3

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive, carrying lunch boxes to enjoy in the park. Though smaller than other Tanzanian reserves, Lake Manyara is famous for its tree-climbing lions, often spotted on acacia branches, and its large baboon colonies that thrive in the forests. The park’s diverse landscapes range from lush groundwater forests and open savannas to hot springs and the alkaline lake itself, which attracts flamingos and countless other bird species. Wildlife includes elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and several antelope species. Bird enthusiasts will find the park a paradise with more than 400 species, from flocks of flamingos to raptors soaring above. With its unique wildlife and scenic beauty, Manyara offers excellent photography opportunities. After your game drive, transfer to Arusha town near the famous Clocktower, where your safari concludes.
