After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive approximately two hours to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch in the park, exploring its famous ancient baobab trees, large elephant herds, and diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, and over 500 bird species. In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation. Overnight: Ikumbi Lodge (mid-range, full board).

After an early breakfast at the lodge, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend 600 meters to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” The crater is home to nearly all of Africa’s Big Five, including the endangered black rhino, and offers sightings of lions, hippos, elephants, wildebeest, buffalo, and colorful flocks of flamingos. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before driving through the scenic highlands toward Serengeti National Park, with a game drive en route. Arrive in Serengeti and settle into your tented camp. Overnight: Sound of Silence tented Camp (mid-range luxury tented camp, full board).

Begin the day with an early morning game drive to catch predators in action at sunrise, then return to camp for breakfast. Continue exploring the endless Serengeti plains on additional game drives, where you can spot the Big Cats—lions, leopards, cheetahs—alongside elephants, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, and abundant birdlife. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive in different areas of the park depending on wildlife movements. In the evening, return to camp for dinner and relaxation under the stars. Overnight: Sound of Silence tented Camp (full board).

Serengeti - Arusha

Start the day with an early morning game drive in the Serengeti to enjoy sunrise wildlife viewing, then return to camp for a hearty brunch. Afterward, depart Serengeti and drive back to Arusha (approximately 6–7 hours), with an optional stop at a Maasai village or local souvenir shop, time permitting. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel in Arusha or directly at the airport.
