Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be greeted by your driver or tour representative holding a sign with your name. After assisting with your luggage, they will transfer you directly to your hotel in Arusha. The drive typically takes 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic and weather. On arrival, check in and settle into your hotel to rest and prepare for your safari.

Day 2

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive approximately two hours to Tarangire National Park. You'll enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch in the park, exploring its famous ancient baobab trees, large elephant herds, and diverse wildlife, including lions, giraffes, zebras, and over 500 bird species. In the evening, you'll return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation. Overnight stay: Ikumbi Lodge (mid-range, full board).

Day 3

After an early breakfast at the lodge, you'll depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend 600 meters to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” The crater is home to nearly all of Africa’s Big Five, including the endangered black rhino, and offers sightings of lions, hippos, elephants, wildebeest, buffalo, and colorful flocks of flamingos. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before driving through the scenic highlands toward Serengeti National Park, with a game drive en route. You'll arrive in Serengeti and settle into your tented camp. Overnight stay: Sound of Silence Camp (mid-range luxury tented camp, full board).

On your final day, set out for an early morning game drive in the Serengeti, catching the sunrise and observing predators and herds as they stir to life. After returning to camp for a hearty brunch, you’ll pack up and begin your journey back to Arusha, a scenic 6–7 hour drive across the highlands. Along the way, you may choose to stop at a Maasai village or a local craft market for a cultural or shopping experience, time permitting. By late afternoon or early evening, you’ll arrive in Arusha, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or directly at the airport, marking the close of your unforgettable safari adventure.
