Day 1

The day begins with an early morning pickup from your Arusha hotel in a 4x4 safari vehicle for a scenic 2-3 hour drive to Lake Manyara National Park.

After registration, your adventure starts with the Treetop Walkway. This is a 370-meter (1,214 ft) suspended walkway that reaches heights of up to 18 meters (59 ft) offering a unique canopy perspective.

Following this, you'll embark on a vehicle game drive, exploring the groundwater forest and acacia woodlands in search of baboons, monkeys, and the famous tree-climbing lions (are not guaranteed).

A packed lunch will be served at a designated picnic area within the park.

In the afternoon, you'll enjoy a canoeing safari on the northern end of the lake, providing a peaceful, close-up view of hippos, flamingos, and various water birds.

The day concludes with a final game drive as you exit the park, offering a last opportunity to spot wildlife like giraffes and elephants, before returning to your hotel in Arusha in the early evening.
