Day 2

After breakfast, your safari begins with a drive to Tarangire National Park, known as the “Home of Elephants.” The park is dotted with majestic baobab trees and is home to large herds of elephants, lions, leopards, and over 500 bird species. The crater floor is home to an abundance of wildlife, including rhinos, buffalo, lions, zebras, wildebeests, and flamingos at Lake Magadi. This is one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five in a single day. In the evening, ascend from the crater and transfer to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
