The adventure begins in the morning from from you hotel in Arusha as you set out with fellow travelers in your safari vehicle, heading west through the scenic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley.

Along the route, you pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where rolling hills and Maasai villages paint a cultural and natural backdrop to the journey. By midday, you’ll reach the Serengeti, the jewel of Tanzania’s wildlife parks.

Enjoy a hearty picnic lunch before setting off on your first game drive across the endless plains. Here, you will encounter elephants, giraffes, and prides of lions sprawled on rocky outcrops.

As the sun begins to sink into the horizon, you will arrive at your tented camp or lodge, where you’ll relax in comfort and enjoy dinner. Your first night in Serengeti combines the thrill of the wild with the reassurance of midrange amenities, ensuring a balance of adventure and relaxation.

Day 2

Awaken to the call of birds and the golden glow of sunrise over the Serengeti.

After breakfast, head out for a full-day game drive designed to maximize your wildlife encounters. This is the heart of predator country, where cheetahs race across the plains, leopards rest in acacia trees, and lions patrol their territories.

Depending on the season, you may witness the breathtaking Great Migration, where wildebeest and zebras move in vast numbers across the savannah in search of water and grazing land. Picnic lunch will be served in the bush, allowing you to dine while surrounded by wildlife and sweeping landscapes.

The afternoon continues with exploration of different habitats, from hippo pools to open plains where elephants and buffalo roam. As dusk approaches, you’ll return to your midrange lodge or tented camp, where a warm dinner and cozy room await.

The night is spent in comfort, with the Serengeti’s wild sounds echoing softly in the distance.

Day 3

An early breakfast will be followed by departure from Serengeti, with game viewing opportunities along the way as you travel toward the Ngorongoro Crater.

On arrival, descend 600 meters to the crater floor, a natural wildlife sanctuary often referred to as the “Garden of Eden.” The crater is home to an incredible concentration of animals, including large prides of lions, spotted hyenas, hippos, and the endangered black rhino. Lake Magadi, a soda lake on the crater floor, attracts flocks of flamingos and countless water birds, adding to the beauty of the scenery.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater while surrounded by one of the most extraordinary ecosystems on earth. After lunch, continue with more game viewing before ascending back to the rim and beginning your drive to Arusha.

You’ll arrive in the late afternoon, marking the end of your unforgettable 3-day midrange safari, rich in experiences and lasting memories.
