1-Day Tarangire National Park Game Drive Safari

After breakfast at your hotel and with packed lunches in hand our driver will come to pick you ready for safari, set off for a full-day adventure to Tarangire National Park—just about an hour’sdrive from your lodge/hotel. Renowned for its vast elephant population and towering baobabtrees, Tarangire offers a classic safari experience rich in both wildlife and scenery. During the dry season, the park hosts a spectacular migration of up to 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest, and 30,000 zebras, all drawn to the life-giving waters of the Tarangire River. Bird enthusiasts will be thrilled with sightings of over 550 bird species, including rare and colorful residents such as the Ashy Starling, Yellow-collared Lovebird, and Rufous-tailed Weaver—species found almost exclusively in this region. After a rewarding day of wildlife viewing and scenic drives you will be transferred back to Arusha or airport drop off.
