07:00–08:00 – Pickup from Hotel (Moshi/Arusha)
Drive to Marangu Gate (1,860 m) – 1.5 hrs from Moshi

08:30–09:00 – Arrive at Marangu Gate
Registration at Kilimanjaro National Park
Meet your guide
Begin the hike

09:00–12:00 – Hike to Mandara Hut (2,700 m)
8 km through lush rainforest
Possible wildlife sightings: monkeys, exotic birds, unique flora

12:00–13:00 – Lunch & Exploration at Mandara Hut
Rest and lunch
Optional 15-min side hike to Maundi Crater for views into Kenya (on clear days)

13:00–15:30 – Descend back to Marangu Gate
Return via same path
15:30–17:00 – Return to Hotel

Drive back to Moshi/Arusha.
