Flight from Zanzibar to Serengeti & Game Drive in Central Serengeti

Your adventure begins at 6:00 AM in Zanzibar (pick-up time may vary), when our driver transfers you to the airport for your 8:00 AM flight to the Serengeti. Arriving around 10:40 AM, you’ll meet your driver-guide and embark on an exciting game drive in Central Serengeti. Pause for a scenic picnic lunch and continue exploring the wildlife-rich plains throughout the afternoon. As the day ends, head to your camp for dinner and overnight.

The Serengeti, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in northern Tanzania spanning 15,000 km² (5,800 mi²), is famed for its incredible wildlife. Home to the Big Five lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino alongside vast herds of migratory wildebeest and zebras, hundreds of cheetahs, and over 500 bird species, it also supports giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, and the rare oribi antelope, making it one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations.

Ngorongoro crater then fly back to Zanzibar from Arusha airport

After breakfast, depart your accommodation at 6:00 AM for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive takes approximately three hours to reach the Ngorongoro gate, where you will begin a full-day crater tour and game drive, including a scenic picnic lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll drive to Arusha Airport for your 4:30 PM flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at 5:30 PM, our driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site recognized for its natural and cultural significance, offers unparalleled wildlife experiences. Descend into the crater to encounter the Big Five lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and black rhinos alongside diverse bird species, including flamingos in the crater lakes. The lush crater environment is teeming with wildlife, offering incredible sightings at every turn.
