The Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera and one of Africa’s greatest natural wonders, is teeming with wildlife. Within this unique ecosystem, you’ll encounter herds of wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, elands, warthogs, hippos, and impressive African elephants. The crater is also known for its high concentration of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard often spotted only by a keen eye. Its lakes and wetlands attract large flocks of flamingos and a variety of other water birds, adding to the area's vibrant biodiversity.

After an exciting morning game drive, you’ll enjoy a packed lunch at the scenic hippo pool picnic site. In the afternoon, you’ll be driven back to Arusha for your airport transfer and onward flight to Dar es Salaam.
