Your driver-guide will pick you up in Nairobi. Enjoy a scenic drive to Nanyuki, set at the foothills of Mount Kenya. Check in at River Camp, a charming tented camp along the Ewaso Nyiro River.
In the afternoon, head into Ol Pejeta Conservancy for your first game drive. Ol Pejeta is East Africa’s largest black rhino sanctuary and home to the last two remaining northern white rhinos in the world. Expect to see lions, elephants, buffalo, and the endangered Grevy’s zebra.

Day 2

Spend the day exploring Ol Pejeta. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with opportunities to see the Big Five, as well as chimpanzees at the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Conservation lovers will appreciate Ol Pejeta’s cutting-edge anti-poaching efforts.

Day 3

After breakfast, drive north into Kenya’s rugged landscapes, arriving in Samburu National Reserve. This park is famous for its arid beauty and unique wildlife not found in southern parks — including the Samburu Special Five: Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, and gerenuk (the antelope that feeds standing on two legs).
Check in at Soroi Samburu Lodge, perched along the Ewaso Nyiro River, and head out for your first Samburu game drive in the afternoon.

Morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu, a reserve known for its stark landscapes and dramatic wildlife. Look out for elephants bathing in the river, leopards lounging in acacia trees, and crocodiles waiting along the banks.
Between game drives, relax at the lodge’s pool or terrace with views of the river. In the evening, enjoy stargazing under Samburu’s vast desert sky.

Samburu to Aberdare

Depart Samburu and head to the cool highlands of Aberdares, a complete contrast to the arid north. Check in at the Aberdare Country Club, set in beautiful gardens with views of Mount Kenya. The property itself is a wildlife haven — often visited by peacocks, giraffes, and antelope.
Spend the afternoon relaxing at the lodge or take a nature walk.

After breakfast, travel west to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flocks of flamingos (seasonal), endangered rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, and lions.
Check in at The Cliff, a luxury tented lodge dramatically built on the edge of a 100-meter high cliff overlooking the lake. After lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive to explore Nakuru’s stunning landscapes and wildlife.

Return to The Cliff to enjoy panoramic sunset views across the Rift Valley and indulge in fine dining under the stars.
