Arrival at Kigali International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and lead you to the VIP lounge, assist with all the immigration procedures, sort your luggage and later introduce you to your driver guide.

Have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. You will start your city tour at a round 9h00 including a visit to Kigali genocide Memorial Center, Campaign Against Genocide Museum, Inema Arts Center and House of Tao.
Later, you will have a chance to visit Inema Arts center and House of Tayo before returning to the hotel.

Check out after your breakfast and settle any extras before proceeding on a scenic road transfer to Volcanoes National Park area. Arrive, you have an option to visit the Ellen De Generes Campus of the Dian Fossey and after head to the at the lodge and you will be welcomed and assisted with check in.

Gorilla Trekking Experience
Gorilla Trekking Experience
Early breakfast at the lodge then proceed to the park headquarters in time for Gorilla Trek briefing which starts at 07h00. After the briefing and allocation of gorilla families and park guides, drive to the start point of your guided walk that begins at 08h00.
A gorilla family is led by a silverback that provides protection to group members, silverbacks maintain order and decide all activities within their troop. They schedule feeding trips, resting time, and travel. They also father the majority of the young in the group.
After this memorable experience, you will return for your lunch and you may decide to relax or visit a local market.

Day 5
Golden Monkey Trekking and Return to Kigali
Golden Monkey Trekking and Return to Kigali
On this day, have an early breakfast, check out and transfer to the park headquarters for briefing at 07h00. Later transfer to the start point for the Golden Monkey trek experience. This is not as strenuous as the gorilla trek and usually guests return by 11h00. En route you will visit the Gorilla Guardians Village for a cultural experience before returning to the lodge to freshen up and have lunch.
Transfer back to Kigali, dinner at a recommended restaurant. Overnight stay at Kigali Marriot hotel.
