Day 1

After breakfast, Our expert safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and your adventure officially begins with a journey to Lake Manyara National Park. You’ll arrive in time at the park to enjoy the morning game drive followed by a delicious lunch at your lodge/picnic lunch before proceeding with an afternoon game drive till evening. Your overnight stay will be at Karatu Villas lodge after full day game drive.

Lake Manyara National Park is celebrated for its breathtaking location, nestled at the foot of the western escarpment of the Great Rift Valley. Dominated by a vast, shallow alkaline lake that covers much of the park, the area supports an impressive variety of wildlife. Here, you might spot large herds of elephants, the famous tree-climbing lions, and flocks of flamingos that thrive on the lake’s algae-rich waters. It is also the best park for those who are looking to do night Game Drive.

Day 2

Ngorongoro Crater Full Game Drive

After breakfast, we leave Karatu Villas lodge for descending 600 meters into the iconic Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Known as Africa’s “Eden,” the crater hosts around 30,000 animals, including rare black rhinos. Its permanent water sources and lush vegetation support diverse wildlife such as wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, elephants, warthogs, and hippos. It’s also home to many predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard. We’ll enjoy a scenic picnic lunch inside the crater before returning to the Karatu Villas lodge for a well-deserved dinner.

Day 3

Tarangire National Park to Arusha

After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel and embark on a morning wildlife drive through the captivating Tarangire National Park. This park, set along the banks of the Tarangire River, lies within the vast lowlands of the Great Rift Valley and is known for its gently rolling hills. The scenery is marked by sprawling Acacia woodlands, towering Baobab trees, and seasonal swamps in the southern areas. During the dry months, Tarangire becomes a prime gathering spot for some of Africa’s largest elephant herds. The park also shelters unique and rarely seen species like the Greater Kudu, Fringed-eared Oryx, and the Ashy Starling.

After soaking in the rich wildlife and scenic beauty on our game drive, we’ll pause for lunch before leaving the park later on for the drive back to Arusha for your overnight stay.

For those looking to elevate the experience, an optional hot air balloon safari is available at an additional cost.
