Road Transfer from Kigali to Akagera National Park

The drive from Kigali to Akagera National Park takes approximately 2 hrs 30 minutes drive to the South gate where you will begin a viewing drive to Karenge Bush Camp. The camp is located in the North side of the park about 4 hours drive from the South gate.

This location has a good concentration of animals and therefore your chances of spotting as many animals as possible are very high.

Full Game Drive and Return to Kigali

On this day, you will enjoy a full day game drive in the north side of the park where you might spot the Big 5 and other park animals.

Lunch will be at one the picnic sites and later exit the park by 17h00 to return to Kigali for departure or be dropped off at your hotel/residence.
