Your safari adventure begins today! You will be picked up by our professional driver-guide from your hotel in Arusha and receive a safari briefing before starting your drive to Tarangire National Park. The park is well-known for its large elephant herds and abundance of ancient baobab trees (the largest trees on the continent).
From the open roof of the vehicle, you will experience the seasonal swamps, savanna, and Tarangire River, which is full of wildlife ranging from a large variety of birds to giraffes, impalas, zebras, lions, leopards, elands, warthogs and elephants. Later, you will drive to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2
Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and across the scenic Malanja Depression on your way to the world-famous Serengeti National Park.
Stop briefly at Naabi Hill Gate, where you can take a short walk among the striking granite kopjes while your guide completes the park formalities. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the gate before continuing with an afternoon game drive across the vast Serengeti, whose name comes from the Maasai word Siringet, meaning “endless plains.”
Spend the night at Serengeti Safari Haven Tented Camp.

Day 3

Early morning game drives at Serengeti and visit the hippo pools and Seronera Visitor’s Centre if you wish. After a hearty breakfast in the bush camp, you will then proceed with your game drives in the Serengeti backtracking towards Naabi Hill Gate again until early afternoon time to cross over back to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you reach your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Overnight will be back at the nice mid-range lodge.

Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater back to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater back to Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend more than 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of wildlife viewing. Fed by year-round water and rich grazing, the crater is home to large herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and majestic African elephants.
The area is also famous for its dense predator population—lion, hyena, jackal, cheetah, and the elusive leopard, which often requires a keen eye to spot. Visit Lake Magadi, a shallow alkaline lake in the southwest corner, where flamingos, hippos, and other water birds gather.
In the late afternoon, return to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay, or continue to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Accommodation can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
