Nairobi To Masai Mara

Pick up from your hotel for start of the safari to Masai Mara with a a picturesque drive descending the Great Rift Valley and onwards to Maasai Mara, Kenya's famous game reserve. You will be in a private safari vehicle. Stop for some time at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint on the way, to enjoy the amazing views of the largest Valley in the world, said to be visible from outer space. Arrive at Masai Mara for lunch at your camp. The afternoon game drive allows spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park ranging from the Big Cats such as Lion, Leopard & Cheetah to Rhino, Elephant and Wildebeest. Later return to the camp for dinner and overnight with a thrilling bonfires and masai dances before you retire to bed.

Intensive Game Drives in the world famous game reserve

Enjoy a full day game drive extravaganza in the game reserve one in the morning and the other in the late afternoon with picnic lunches or hot lunch at the camp depending on your preferences. The wildlife is usually more active during these times of the day. As your Masai Mara safari is private, your game drive timings will be flexible, useful if you are travelling with children, or are on a honeymoon. You may also choose to have a full day game drive [ one for the whole day] with a packed picnic lunch at no extra cost. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight at the camp.

Masai Mara to Nairobi Airport

After a relaxed breakfast and check out and depart for return road transfer back to Nairobi. (as per the latest park rules, all visitors are expected to exit the park before 10am). Expected time of arrival in Nairobi early afternoon (typically by 2.30pm). Drop off at your hotel or free onward transfer to the airport for your flight home. Optional last day game drives available at an extra cost of the applicable entry fee to the game reserve. This depends on your outbound flight schedules as we are expected back to Nairobi at approximately 1600hrs if your flight is at 1900hrs a good time to catch up with your outbound flight.
