After breakfast early in the morning, you will drive from Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Ndutu. The Ndutu region is 8,000 square meters in size and is a component of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The area extends to the unfenced southern Serengeti National Park and contains the famous Ngorongoro Crater.
Ndutu, a site in northern Tanzania known for a 400,000-year-old human cranium and associated Stone Age tools discovered there in 1973. The skull displays traits of both Homo erectus and H. sapiens, with a brain size intermediate between the two species.

Day 2
Ndutu to Arusha
Ndutu to Arusha
You will start with an early morning game drive to witness predator activity during the cool hours of the day.
After breakfast, you will continue exploring the short-grass plains and Lake Ndutu area, where calving is at its peak.
Expect to see newborn calves and plenty of predator-prey interactions.
You will have a picnic lunch before beginning your journey back to Arusha.
The drive will take you back through the Ngorongoro highlands and Karatu before arriving in Arusha by evening.
