After an early breakfast, you will be picked up by your professional tour guide/driver in Arusha town, ready to begin your two-day adventure. It takes 4 4-hour drive from Arusha to the famous alkali Lake Natron. You will pass through a rough road through scenic landscapes to Oldonyo Lengai Mountain.
This lake is the world’s only breeding ground for more than 1.5 million Lesser Flamingos. You will watch the flamingos, learn about the surrounding environment, while the main activity of the day is the Engaresero waterfalls tour before evening, heading to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Climbing Mountain of God
Climbing Mountain of God
At midnight hours, 1.00 am drive to the starting point for climbing Mt Oldoinyo Lengai, the only active volcanic Mountain in Tanzania- also called Maasai Mountain of God, then trek 4 hours to the summit and have a view of Mt Kilimanjaro, Mt Meru view and view of Ngorongoro Crater. In the morning, you descend for breakfast, lunch, and relaxation at the camp.
If you are interested, a Maasai Boma visit can be arranged in the evening for a local culture experience.

Day 3
Flamingo walking tour
Flamingo walking tour
After breakfast, you will enjoy a final visit to Lake Natron, where you may spot flocks of flamingos and other species of water birds. You will also have the opportunity to walk to the Munge Waterfalls for a refreshing swim before returning to your lodge for relaxation. Later, you will be driven back to Arusha, marking the end of your Lake Natron adventure.
