You'll drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley, stopping at Lake Ziway for a boat trip to see hippos and monastery islands. You'll visit Abijatta–Shalla Lakes National Park for birdwatching among flamingos and other species. In the afternoon, you'll enjoy a wine tasting at Castel Winery. You'll relax at Lake Langano, the only Rift Valley lake safe for swimming. Your overnight stay will be at Hara Langano Eco Lodge.

You'll travel into the lush Sidama highlands, known for premium Ethiopian coffee. You'll visit local coffee farms to observe traditional harvesting and processing methods. Full-day exploration of Yirgacheffe coffee farms and cooperatives, learning the washed coffee process from bean to cup. You'll join a guided coffee cupping session and experience the region’s distinct flavors. You'll enjoy a scenic drive through enset plantations, rolling hills, and traditional villages, soaking in Ethiopia’s rich coffee heritage. Your overnight stay will be at a lodge in Yirgacheffe Amnen Hotel.
