Very professional and reliable tour operator.

We had a wonderful safari experience with Acatree Tours and Safaris in January, visiting Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. From the very first communication, everything was handled professionally, clearly, and promptly. It would have been convenient to have the option to pay the deposit by card, as the bank transfer was relatively expensive. However, this is only a minor suggestion for improvement rather than a significant criticism.

During the safari our guide was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about wildlife and nature. He made sure we had the best possible game-viewing experience while also sharing interesting insights about the parks, animals, and local culture.

Tarangire amazed us with its impressive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, while Ngorongoro offered breathtaking scenery and an incredible concentration of wildlife. The vehicle was comfortable and well-maintained, and we always felt safe and well taken care of.

We were also very pleased with the accommodation at Country Lodge Karatu. The lodge was comfortable and welcoming, and the dinner served there was excellent — delicious, well-prepared, and a perfect way to relax after an exciting day on safari.

In general, we found the tour to be excellent. Everything that was promised was delivered, and the overall experience felt reliable, well-organized, and truly memorable.

We highly recommend Acatree Tours and Safaris to anyone looking for a professionally organized, trustworthy, and unforgettable safari in Tanzania.

I really appreciate Acatree Tour and safari we had a great trip towards the end of the year and we were able to see the animals very closely We were also happy to see the beautiful and peaceful nature in Tarangire and even in the main part of History at Ngorongoro. The family was very impressed with the guide we had, Zakaria and Nolasco. We definitely want to have them when we come back. The travel of Acatree has been very good for us, it is a good car and it is among the best standards for tourist trips. We will definitely want it again next time

I booked Mt Kilimanjaro and a 3 safari through the company in addition to other accomodation and transfers to and from Arusha. I was highly impressed with the speed and quality of communication from my initial enquiry through to the end of my trip. I experienced a high level of client focus and in particular I wish to note the efforts of Norascus who was my main point of contact and was excellent through in all respects. I would have no hesitation in using the company again on my next visit. I also found the price point competitive for similar services to those offer by the more expensive companies.

They are superb, offers exceptional travel experiences.
