Cars are very old and seats broken
They have very old cars with broken seats. Travelling up to 8 hours every day on broken seat is not what I was expecting. They make you swap seats every they because everybody has to sit on broken one, thats fair on their behalf.

You booked a budget group-joining safari, which is a shared safari package designed to offer travelers an affordable opportunity to experience Kenya's wildlife. As with any budget group safari, the service and facilities are based on the package selected.
Regarding the vehicles, we strongly disagree with the general claim that our safari vehicles are very old. We use modern-model safari vehicles specifically equipped for game viewing and safari travel. We take vehicle maintenance and passenger safety seriously, and we do not intentionally provide vehicles with broken seats. If you experienced a specific seat-related problem during your trip, we would have appreciated being informed immediately so that we could investigate and address it.
Seat rotation in group safaris may sometimes be arranged to ensure fairness among passengers, particularly when sharing a vehicle. However, this should not be confused with providing vehicles that are unfit for travel... and in your group you also started the violence by abusing other clients and they reported the issue that they were not happy with the reaction.
We would also like to clarify that this booking was not made through Safari Bookings, so we are unsure why this review has been associated with our company on this platform.
We value honest and constructive feedback from all our guests. While we respect your right to share your experience, we also believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the package booked and the services provided.

Helpful. Efficient. Friendly. Highly recommended. We had a lovely driver called Jackson. .
Our 6 day 3 park safari was amazing. We saw so many animals... The big five amongst them. The staff are lovely.. Suzi in the office had helped throughout the process before we arrived , always promptly answering emails. On arrival we met our driver Jackson. He is a lovely guy. Friendly and helpful. He is an excellent driver and a good spotter of animals. He was happy to stop on request whenever we asked him so we could take photos. Even when off duty. One evening he happily helped me with a small problem which was much appreciated. The accommodation was adequate and as expected of budget camps. I would say my one complaint was that the packed lunches were awful with dry bread and a sandwich containing only one slice of cucumber and half a piece of lettuce. The monkeys enjoyed it tho .. 😂🫣. We actually bought food instead. I am not changing star rating but would have put 4.5 because of this and the awful mattress in Mungi. However.. The actual safari was amazing and I would highly recommend for the experience and great value for money. Reviews are to tell good and not so good and this trip was 95% really good and a very enjoyable experience.

Well arranged
Very good tour operator . They gave us an excellent guide plus driver called Antony . He did a great job in our 8daya safari tour . The operator Suzzy also played a good role . Thank you .

A safe, intimate and wonderful journey
Our guide was excellent—very easy to get along with and highly responsible. He showed us plenty of wildlife, shared interesting stories, and drove safely. Whenever I could buy food along the way, I would share it with him, knowing how exhausting it is to drive all day.
