We had an amazing experience with Proviem Safaris, all thanks to Musawenkosi! From the very first day of booking our accommodation and activities, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always ready to assist and answer any questions.
His warm personality and excellent service truly stood out and made our trip even more enjoyable. If we get the chance to visit Victoria Falls again, we will definitely be contacting Proviem Safaris (Musawenkosi) without hesitation.

We booked the 5-day tour, which included two days in Chobe, a Zambezi River cruise, and Victoria Falls, and it was a wonderful experience, all thanks to the help of our tour coordinator, Musa. He is incredibly kind and friendly, always looking out for us and constantly striving to improve his work. I would highly recommend this tour with Musa to everyone.

Our tour guide, Musa, was wonderful. He got us everywhere we needed to be on time and was very knowledgeable and kind. We were able to go to a few different countries in the Victoria falls area and Musa helped a ton with helping us prepare for the border crossings. He was very thoughtful in his recommendations for where we should go, very responsive and communicative when we had questions or changes to the schedule. This trip was wonderful and the tour company and Musa greatly contributed to our positive experience.

Our visit to Victoria falls was last minute due to an unexpected opportunity. Musa handled all our arrangements for the tours by WhatsApp messages.
Our trip from arrival to departure was very smooth and the stay at Pamusha lodge was very comfortable.
It was an excellent vacation thanks to Musa’s help from planning to execution.
