3 Days Marvellous Maasai Mara Tour

We had a fantastic 3-day safari in the Masai Mara, and much of that was thanks to our excellent guide, Gilbert.
From start to finish, the trip was smooth and well organized. Gilbert’s knowledge of the park, wildlife, and Maasai culture really stood out. He was always happy to answer questions and made sure we had the best possible experience.
His ability to spot animals was remarkable—we saw lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and even a cheetah! Each game drive was exciting and memorable.
Gilbert was also very professional, patient, and attentive to our comfort and safety throughout the trip.
I highly recommend this safari and especially Gilbert as a guide. It truly made our visit to the Masai Mara special.

A 4-day safari to the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru with Gilbert as the tour guide was an exceptional experience. The Masai Mara delivered stunning landscapes and thrilling game drives, where Gilbert’s knowledge and keen eye made it easier to spot the Big Five and fully appreciate the wildlife.
The trip continued to Lake Nakuru National Park, which was famous for its flamingos, rhinos, and beautiful scenery. Gilbert ensured the journey was smooth, informative, and engaging, sharing insights about the animals and local environment along the way.
Although the itinerary was a bit fast-paced, having a guide like Gilbert made the experience more enjoyable, well-organized, and truly memorable.

Terrible and a fraud

would not recommend booking with Arosy Safaris Limited based on my experience.

I paid a $1,036 deposit for a safari planned for March 2026. After the initial agreement, prices were repeatedly adjusted and the quality of the proposed accommodations did not match what had originally been discussed. We therefore agreed to cancel the trip.

A refund was confirmed to me in writing, but it has not been processed to date. Communication became very difficult afterwards, and I have not received responses to multiple follow-ups over several days.

As a result, I had to make alternative arrangements at short notice, which caused additional effort and inconvenience.

I hope the company resolves this matter, but based on my experience, I would advise others to clarify refund terms very carefully in advance.

Following your decision to cancel, we acted in line with our agreed terms. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we made an exception to our cancellation policy and processed a partial refund. We sincerely apologize for any delays and communication challenges experienced.

Good but a long day

Our 2 days safari to lake Navashia and lake Nakuru was wonderful however we were quite surprised of how long we had to wait before we had lunch and also that we had to eat with our tourguide at a random hotel which we were unaware of and ended up being quite a wierd experience. But overall the experience with Arosy safari was good and we absolutely loved our 1 night stay at lake Navashia crescent camp where the staf was nothing short of incredible.

Unforgettable wildlife and scenery

The 4-day Amboseli Samburu tour by Arosy Safaris was an exceptional safari experience that perfectly balanced adventure and comfort. Amboseli was unforgettable, offering breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro and large elephant herds roaming. Samburu was equally impressive with its dramatic landscapes and rare wildlife, including Grevy's zebras, reticulated giraffes, and close elephant sightings along the river. The itinerary was well planned, lodges were comfortable and well located, and the guide was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive throughout the trip. Transfers were smooth, game drives were rewarding, and the overall experience delivered excellent value for money. Highly recommend for travelers seeking a diverse and memorable Kenyan safari
