Great service, kind people

We had a really great experience renting a car with a rooftop tent and camping gear from this company. From the beginning, everything was very well organised and communication was easy and smooth. The car was comfortable and reliable, and the rooftop tent and camping equipment were in good condition and had everything we needed for our trip. It made travelling and camping so much easier and allowed us to really enjoy the adventure without having to worry about bringing or buying all the necessary equipment ourselves.

We did have one issue with the car during our trip, but this was handled extremely well. The owner was very reachable, responded quickly and did everything he could to help us solve the problem as soon as possible. We really appreciated how involved and helpful he was, especially as having car trouble while travelling can otherwise be quite stressful. Thanks to his quick response and good communication, the situation was resolved smoothly and did not have a major impact on our trip.

Overall, we were very happy with both the car and the service. The combination of the car, rooftop tent and camping gear was perfect for our adventure, and the excellent communication and support made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole rental period. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable car with a rooftop tent and camping equipment, especially if you want a company that is helpful, flexible and easy to reach. We would happily rent from them again!

This Kenya Safari trip has been absolutely unforgettable! Huge thanks to our travel consultant Trucy and our guide Solomon.
My friend and I traveled together. This was our first trip out of Asia, so traveling to Africa was a totally new and unfamiliar experience for us. We checked quotes from many travel agencies before booking, and we’re so glad we chose Usoke. Trucy was super professional, incredibly patient and detail-oriented. I had so many worries and questions before the trip, and she always took the time to answer everything thoroughly.
Our guide Solomon was amazing too. Most people might think that the whole trip would be straightforward and predictable, but the best part of traveling is those unexpected little moments!
At one point, I forgot my SIM card PIN code and locked my phone completely. I had no internet and couldn’t contact my family for half a day. Thankfully, Solomon helped me sort it out! He found the local telecom provider and reset my PIN code, so I got my phone working again.
That was just a small little hiccup. Overall, the scenery and wildlife in the national parks were absolutely incredible — totally different from anything you can see in China. This is truly the magic of Africa!

We had an incredible experience with Usoke explorers. A special mention to Andrew, our guide, for the incredible experience! We spent a week-end in Uganda to do gorilla trekking, the Batwa community walk and a visit to Lake Bunyoni. Everything was really well organized and coordinated from the beginning to the end. The guide was really friendly, punctual and knowledgeable about the area. We always felt really safe during the trip and we could trust him 100%. The trip was above our expectations. I would highly recommend Usoke Explorer to anyone who wants to visit East Africa.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience on our gorilla trekking trip and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Andrew. From the moment Andrew picked us up in Kigali, everything was flawlessly organized. He took care of every detail, making the border crossing seamless, the transportation comfortable and the entire journey completely stress-free. One of the highlights of the day was the beautiful picnic Andrew prepared for us. It was set up in a stunning location with delicious food and was such a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and organized throughout the entire trip. He shared interesting information about the region, made sure everything ran smoothly and was always attentive to our needs. The gorilla trekking was an unforgettable experience, and having everything so well organized made the day even better. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone planning a gorilla trekking tour from Kigali. Thank you for making it such a memorable trip!
