Splendid Safari and Materuni Village coffee tour
I did the 4 day Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire safari with Jambo Massai. They were extremely polite, responsive and cooperative from the very beginning when I was looking at options and planning my trip. They had the most competitive quote fir lodge stays and service was equally great. At the end if the safari I made a sudden plan to include the Matueruni village coffee tour and coffee experience to my plan and They made it happen. The additional quote was again made to fit my budget. A visit to Massai Boma on the way was also arranged very efficiently. The safari guide Lawrence was very polite and knowledgeable. The car drive GodBless, the travel organiser Julieth and the tour manager Rafael were all a delight to talk to. They went over and beyond to make my a solo traveller feel comfortable and happy. Id definitely recommend JamboMassai tour operator to everyone.

They were a value for the money and their services exceeded my expectations.The accommodations were very nice and the driver was always on time and very informative. We were guided every step of the way. Communications were excellent and we were informed of everything that was to take place. We received royal treatment. From the very beginning, Julieth, who I was in contact with from the UK, was so helpful. She answered all my questions (and I had many!), kept me updated throughout the booking process, and made everything really straightforward. It was so reassuring knowing everything had been organised before we arrived. She is honestly one of the most patient people I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you so much!
A huge thank you also to our driver and guide, Kelvin. He was fantastic throughout the trip, friendly, knowledgeable, and always seemed to know exactly where to go to give us the best chance of seeing wildlife. We never felt rushed, he made sure we were comfortable, and he shared lots of interesting information along the way. Thanks to him, we saw so many incredible animals, including the Big Five. He was also an incredibly safe driver, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the safari.
Everything ran smoothly, from the accommodation and food to the daily organisation. It was clear that Jambo Masai Tours is professional, reliable, well organised, and provides excellent service.

Good company for first time safari
Jambo Masai and Raphael in particular were instrumental in giving me the confidence and reassurance to come to Tanzania on safari. The excellent communication with Raphael felt reassuring, professional and comforting. I can’t exactly comment on how a safari with them would have been as I was a solo traveller and got placed with a partner company, Travel Africa, who were amazing and Serengeti Safari. I had a different group to venture out with each day, which is OK if you don’t mind that but not exactly how I thought it would be. Although having new guides and jeeps each day, I knew behind the scenes Jambo Masai were making sure all my transfers went to plan. I especially liked staying at the Karibu Lodge. I liked Tarangire and saw lots of animals and Nogorogoro was spectacular! Lake Manyara was OK. The Masai village tour was OK but I felt a bit pressured into buying things from their village at a mega high price.
The guides from the other companies were fantastic and they made it really special.

Very professional service, and very good communication
The safari was excellent, I've joined and amazing group of 5 people and we were guided by a very professional and knowledgeable driver. I had everything we asked for at all times during our safari. I also had very good communication with the agency, and they offered good flexibility in adapting schedule, accommodation, itinerary... 100% satisfied with the experience and the service!
